On Monday, 17 August 2020 the Prime Minister announced that election day will be moved from Saturday, 19 September to Saturday, 17 October 2020 because of the changing situation with COVID-19.
This means that you’ll be able to vote in the general election and referendums from Saturday 3 October to 7-00pm on election day, Saturday 17 October.
