**COVID-19 Alert Level Change for Wellington Region**

“”From 6-00pm today, the Wellington Region (incl Kapiti Coast and the Wairarapa) will move to Alert Level 2 (until 11-59pm Sunday, 27 June)**

This follows a person from Sydney who visited Wellington (between 19 – 21 June) and who has tested postive for COVID-19 upon their return to Australia.

A reminder about some of the Alert Level 2 basics:

• Keep 2 metres apart in public spaces and 1 metre apart in workpaces;

• Wearing a face covering on public transport and flights is compulsory;

• Limit of 100 people at social and other gatherings;
