For 100 years, Tūwharetoa Māori Trust Board has been part of the journey of our people.
Our Haerenga-ā-Motu is a journey to connect with our whānau across the motu, bringing our 100-year story to the places where our people live, work and raise their whānau.
It is an opportunity to come together, reconnect with whakapapa, share kōrero and hear directly from our people about what matters to them and what they want for the future of Tūwharetoa

Over the course of our 100-year history, Tūwharetoa whānau have carried their whakapapa and connections far beyond our rohe.
The Haerenga-ā-Motu recognises that our iwi is wherever our people are.
We are taking the kōrero to our whānau, creating opportunities to come together kanohi ki te kanohi, share kai, kōrero about our history and future, and connect with the mahi of the Trust Board.
Each stop will provide a space for whānau to engage with the kaupapa, ask questions, share their whakaaro and reconnect with the wider Tūwharetoa story.
